2009-01-15 Poor Customer Service
I love the mochas I get here. But as mentioned on the other posts, the customer service is awful. It's evident that they don't staff enough people in the morning and the girl with the long blond hair that's always in pony-tail - she was very rude to me today, when I brought up that my drink was not made right. She rolled her eyes and said "we are busy", "I'm busy", well that's not an excuse to be rude. I refuse support a local business, or any business where the people are rude. I will not be going to this location anymore." --guest
2008-12-12 Needs new managment
I like this cafe very much but will not go in when the manager is there. The rest of the staff is friendly but they can get overwhelmed since they only schedule one person during a shift. --guest
2008-10-25 Have to agree
I am the one who made the original positive comment but I have to now agree with the 'customer service lacking' post on 10/24. I used to go to Cafe Diva regularly but ever since I tried, very nicely I thought, to get the staff to restart the Wifi when I was really in a bind on my work, the one staffer just seems to have taken a personal dislike to me. Maybe something is going on with her life, she was always kind the last couple years I would stop there, but not anymore. Anyway its not an atmosphere I can work in now so I walk a few blocks further to Coffee's On, a really cool family owned place with reliable WIFI and good coffee (no danishes or other pastries, though). I'll post about them under their own category. --gv
2008-10-24 Customer Service Severely Lacking
The food might be good, the drinks might even be great, but when I went in today and tried to order I was ignored and when someone finally acknowledged me the girl was extremely rude. So much so that I left without ordering anything. As a side note, the wifi is also currently out. --guest
2008-09-11 Great place to work
I'm here now about 11AM and the cafe is full of quietly working folks - it makes a great office away from home, reliable WIFI and good coffee. Smoothies, chai tea, pastries - all top notch. --gv
