I was told the worker at the mobile unit by Safeway on Houghton reports to this station, my daughter and I saw the worker clearly getting high in his car. We were looking for boxes when we saw this, and he saw us. We attempted to report this and were put on hold forever. It's nice to know they let their workers operate under the influence. We were so surprised, we have been using the mobile unit for years but if this is how the USPS operates this is unacceptable. --guest
2010-02-02 Agree on Rude Rincon
Yes, I agree that Rincon Station is not up to snuff. I was treated more rudely than I have ever been in a public place. And it was 3 days before christmas... just wanting some stamps! My incident was just one postal worker, but the others just stood by and did nothing. Sad... if it were any other business I would never use them again. Unfortunately, even if I go to a different station, it is the same business!!! --guest
2009-07-24 Rincon Station Is Run Beyond Poorly
If post offices are being closed, I elect the Rincon Station in Tucson be closed. Who ever is in charge of that location should lose their job, you name it they do it poorly there. They are rude, unmotivated and do not take their jobs seriously at all. It is sad our tax dollars pay even one dime for the poor service and do it yourself attidute they display. I don't fault Post offices in general, just there is something going on at that location and would suggest a independent evalution be done at that location, I drive 10 miles out of the way to avoid the circus of rudeness that is on display at the Rincon Station in Tucson --guest
