I can't believe that they would rip off anyone! I found their website about 4 weeks before my wedding. I emailed them and asked if they could do a rush order, just like the website said to do. They replied and I got my order two weeks later. My wedding is in two weeks and my topper is AMAZING. It is worth EVERY penny and I can't wait for everyone to see it." --guest

I purchased my item three months in adavance.After numerous unanswered emails I found the number to the lady who can give this company messages. My wedding was a week away and no answer. I finally got my topper. The day of the wedding. Horrible and stressful experiance. save your money and go somewhere else! When I came back the day after the wedding there was my package. " --guest
I did finally receive my order after 6 months of waiting. However, it was not worthy of the time I spent waiting and following up. Not to mention the price. It looked like a cheap vegas cake topper. And believe me..it was not cheap. Out of all of my wedding details this one was the most dissappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you google crystal cake toppers there are dozens of other professional companies available. I would endorse any one of them before I would recommed Couture Cake Jewelry. " --guest
Although my monogram cake topper came a little later than they said, it was unbelievably gorgeous and worth the wait! I can't believe they would rip you off because they posted on their website they got so many orders that they were just running behind." --guest
I placed an order for a monogram cake topper. My credit card was charged on April 2, 2007. I never received my cake topper. I have sent numerous emails to CCJ, they have never responded. I guess my only solution now is to take legal action. Too bad, they boasted they were a "woman owned company", what a disservice to all women, if they think they represent us in this poor, rip off fashion." --guest
