This was a new experience for Fox, since he had never held a baby before. But he credits his EMT training to allow him to do what he needed to do to help take care of the child.

2007-07-21 how long had the baby been in the stroller?
I wonder if this was intentional abandonment or how long the child was left abandoned for. --admin
