2008-12-15 Where's the precinct breakdown?
Seems to me that eight full years into the 21st century, technology (and government policy, in an open society) should provide for citizens to see exact vote totals for each item on a ballot, precinct-by-precinct, uh, within a few weeks(?!)of an election?
If I remember, for the 2004 November election, I obtained such results sometime in January, 2005. What could possibly take so long?
