2009-04-25 No houses, no lenders, fuzzy program, but income guildlines... http://www.yourwayhomeaz.com

Well, it sounds  promising, but when I visited the website I was disappointed to see the the actual map of foreclosed properties in Pima County labelled "Information coming soon".

However the sites does have some hard info in the form of income guidelines by county.

The program itself is apparently different at each lender!  Which is rather odd, it is not clear from the site if the 'program' involves actual down payment assistance or a loan guarantee, or what exactly.  The list of lenders is also unavailable.

It seems perhaps the press release was premature... --gv
