Notes about buyers beware

Buyers beware this place at one time was a wonderfull place to live and raise your children.Due to the mangement (manager) it has become a place were one has to live in fear. Fear of the manger, fear of our lives, fear for our children. You see on July 7,2009 the person we should be able to intrust our lives with went on a mad rage and fired his assult weapons at a moving truck, (mind you his own truck,) over 9 rounds were fired.  With no concern to our children being in the diract line of fire, while out side playing in there yards. I thank god no one was hurt or killed.. with over 200 homes here. and maney children out playing enjoying there summer only to be tramatized and now live in fear to play out side or even for some to ever come back to vist..
The worst part of the whole ordeal is the fact the manger is still here managing. while he is and has been aresst and chared with with several felony charges.Recklessly endangering with a substantial risk of imminent death to children and adults that live here in Cactus Gardens Mobil Home Ranch... There are many who are out raged with the fact he is still active manger of our lives, homes and our community.
