2009-08-16 PLEASE reconsider!!!
I was assigned to DKA by Arizona Special Fund Office run by Pat Gillis-(aka- worthless oxygen thief) after my work related knee injury/surgery. My DKA case manager jerked me around and lied to me (IMO) for almost a year. He even went so far as to tell Special Fund that I didn't want to be retrained! I ended up doing ALL the work and what little they had to do they bungled and it cost me my college program. My case ended up being dropped by the State Special Fund Office (Pat Gillis, aka-complete waste of public tax money)
Since that time I have trained myself and aquired a commercial drivers license w/air and passenger/tanker/hazmat endorsements. Tomorrow I start an 8 month college course to become a welder! All on my own with out any help from either DKA or Special Fund! Never in my life have I met such a group of complete inept losers! If you get them be afraid. Be very afraid. They seemed more interested in the money they get from the state than helping me. It was a complete wasted year out of my life.
