Relates to: Forum at TucsonTHE FORUM STAFF ARE RUDE AND HORRIBLEPlease, reconsider going to live at The Forum. My parents lived there as I am in another state. They hated it. The staff are all in cliques. They're were just rude and ignorant. If you ring the bell you wait forever. People could be dying and the staff will be talking to each other. Sometimes you would get someone come into the room who hardly spoke English! This is VERY difficult for the elderly who are hard of hearing as it is. I could go on and on, but, please, reconsider other senior communities in Tucson, Not this one. I could name others, but I won't. My parents aren't living anymore. But, I WANTED to warn other families who were thinking of this place. Don't." |
