2010-03-02 Heated Pool
We live in a corporate apt. as (Snow Birds)for the first time this year. I wrote originally about the worst service. Our lease is up March 31 of 2010. We look forward to coming back to Yuma next winter, just never in a Paul Ash property. It is March 2, 2010 and our wonderful heated pool is at a comfortable 68 degrees!!!!!!!!! Thanks Alicia, Maribel, and Chris for making our stay here miserable. --guest

hellow maribel slash secretary is very rude i would like to know what her personal problem with me is when i speak to her she always has a rude tone very agrivated looks towards me when i speak to her ive lived here for five years im clean organized neat person ive gotten sick once but i never destroyed anything and been late a couple of times on rent but payed it all in full i pick up trash and cigarets at the apartment complex and get along great with my neighbors i would like to talk to you personaly about some personal things and tne maintanece work is gone down hill ive had old carpet sence i moved in past five years and the walls need to be painted they want me to wait another year to get carpet i wash the walls with pinesol every three months also they blame paul ash for the work the maintenance half doing work leaving mess behind so forth when working in public i believe you should be courteous at all times and always take proper procedures in all situations i live at el encanto in yuma az --guest
2010-01-21 Worst Service Ever Experienced
The experience and service my wife and I have endured at El Encanto is beyond belief. The documentation and pictures of this apt.is beyond belief. Arrogant staff..no follow through with complaints.We have kept accurate documentation and pictures of our bait and switch apartment. 5 gallon of bleach and still trying to clean the bathrooms. My name is Steve Thornburg and we are stuck in Apt. 3028, but not for long. --guest
2009-12-20 Regarding El Encanto property in Yuma
I sent letters to complain to the management company (Paul Ash) we didn't receive so much as a phone call from them in response. Only a note on our door the next week requesting permission to enter so they could "fix" the issues. Paul Ash Management LLC has a policy of totally ignoring their tenants from everything i experienced. --guest
