2009-08-07 GREAT Doctor and Staff
Really caring and well versed in different types of medicine. Staff has CHANGED....so people saying that they are horrible is TOTALLY false. Office staff are very helpful, I called like 30 times in one week and they helped both me and my husband a LOT!!! Working Very hard to get pre authorizations and referrals. They are AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr. Barnett. --guest

office staff is consistently uncaring and flippant. Even my husband has noticed it, and my grown daughter has seen the same pattern. Used to be wonderful, but over the past years has really gone down hill. It's a real shame beause Dr. Barnett himself is a very caring, empathetic, thorough doctor, but his staff is certainly not a reflection of him in any way! I started using other docotrs, only going to Dr. Barnett's nurse practioner for get in quick appts. like soar throats, but then I finally changed to a different primary care altogether, now my daughter is going to also." --guest
