Relates to: University Physicians Healthcare - Family Practice Officeterrible phone systemI was just trying (actually I"m still trying, as I type this) to make an appointment with my physician. The 'leave a message' option took me to an on hold queue with no opportunity to leave a message, for about 15 minutes of silence interrupted by 'please stay on the line' messages, then dropped the connection! Thank goodness I'm not in some kind of medical situation and trying to ask for advice." |
