They put on a big show when you go in, then the communication falls through, the time taken is too long, they do not get back to you at the times they say they will. My car did not even get finished - took it to another place. --guest

Dan's does a good job matching colors, but is short on details. They had my car for nearly a month when 2 weeks should have sufficied and there was paint bleed that didn't create a smooth transition, almost a drip. Not very good customer service in [any] case --guest
