I agree with the comment from 9/29/08.  I have also purchased several vehicles from Len's (6) and have always had a positive experience.  As a matter of fact they won't sell me a vehicle unless they are absolutley sure it is the vehicle I want and will look around until they find the vehicle I am looking for.  I would be curious to find out who the "salesman" was.  I have been going to Len's for 14 years and for the most part the salesmen have remained the same. Wow! I googled "Len's" to get the phone number and was surprised to see a negative posting. It made me wonder...Nobody ever says the good things. Me and my immediate family have purchased 11 vehicles from Len's over the years and have always felt that we were treated with kindness and respect not typical of a car dealership. Any time we had a problem, we would call, and they took care of us. After reading the remarks of the anonomous poster, I can only say to give them a chance and form your own opinion. I purchased a 2004 Ford Pickup tuck from Len's Auto brokerage and the engine seized up on me. Now, I am stuck with a loan for 10,000 and  a vehicle that is useless. I called the dealer explaining the situation and was told there was nothing they could do. When I was purchasing the vehicle I told the salesman I wanted to purchase an extended warranty plan and I was discouraged from buying the  warranty because the salesman said I didn't need it. Also, the salesman discouraged me from buying a more expensive truck that was in my budget to do so. I did end up purchasing the less expensive truck the salesman strongly encourage I buy. In hindsight, why would the salesman discourage me from buying an extended warranty plan and a less expensive truck, unless he had direct knowledge that this particular truck was defective. That behavior sounds very fishy to me!I would encourage everyone to find a more reputable dealer that doesn't just claim to be customer service oriented but will stand up to the plate, take responsibility for a defective product and take appropriate steps to remedy the situation. Please be careful!" --guest
