Relates to: Holmes Tuttle Ford - Ford Auto Carebad serviceHi' on nov.31 about 7:00 had an appointment to get the car serviced, well it took about 3 to5hrs to get his car done, My son had to get to work soon but when he arrived they told him that the lug nuts were stripped. he had to wait at least anthor hour till they were done, when my son aproached the service manager let him know that he was going to be late for work. but the service manager seemed like he didn`t care. I don`t appreciate having my son a manager being late for work and showing a bad example, for other employees. and I hope that the mechanics did a good on the vechile! thank you concerned father!" |
