We had the worst service, we've ever had in doing remodeling projects.  The techs cannot measure an opening properly to save them.  Promises are made by the Sales person, but you'll need to hound them to death to get them to follow through. The workmanship of the screens are pathetic! --guest

2010-06-17 Helpful Tucsonan
I had windows replaced by home Depot ( minor / major problems ).  The sales / service people at American Openings still continued to help even though we did not use them.  I felt like posting this if anyone else is interested in window replacement.  They were honest. --guest

2010-05-26 Good windows
It has been over a month since install.  We can already feel a difference. --guest
2010-05-24 Guest Good job all around
We were hesitant to use American Openings because they were the low bid.  They did everything we asked for and completed the job within 2 days.  They even re-attached our alarm system. --guest

We had a broken window in our home.  They told us it was done by human contact.  I argued that it was like that when I got home and no-one did that.  My husband admitted a week later that he hit the window with the ladder. Either way they fixed it no-charge so it was a good experience, but they knew what had happen from the start.  I called to let them know they were right after the fact. --guest
2010-04-07 It is quiet in our home guest
We are happy we replaced our windows.  It is much more quiet than it used to be. --guest
2010-03-15 Overall very satisfied
We replaced our windows finally.  We were Guaranteed no stucco repair, no drywall repair and no painting, because of the Window they developed.  They did what they said and it was 1/3 the cost as the other 2 quotes.  I would recomend them.-Guest" --guest
2010-02-23 Very Professional
American Openings replaced our windows two weeks ago. All I can say is they went above our expectations. And even cleaned up and removed all our old windows. We are now going to replace our doors. " --guest
2010-02-01 Good Windows and service
My wife and I have had a great experience with American Openings.  Our Energy bills are lower and it was about half of the other quotes.  Their installers were class guys.  All in all we are fully satisfied. --guest
2009-01-11 Windows NO Good!
Our general contractor installed their Low E windows on our custom home and we have had to replace 18 of them already two years ago on our 5 year old home and now need them replaced again. American now wants $1600 to replace them again, just for "installation" charges, what a scam! The seals are bad again! Windows should not go bad! Their manufacturing is not good, so don't waste your money, we spent a fortune with them and it's just not a good company to work with unfortunately, then their service guy's truck leaked oil all over our $25K driveway and won't pay for that either, what a great company! --guest
