2008-02-05 Extremely rude employee
My elderly mother owns a condo in Las Colinas. Termites have been found, on some days she has little to no hot water and her outside window frames have not been replaced since Nov. 07 when she had new windows installed. She was told that the window frames would be replaced by the mgmt company. Nothing. According to the bylaws of the homeowners assoc. termites and the water heater issue are the responsiblity of the mgmt.co. My mother has spoken with Glenda Lowe, an employee of CPM, who at all times is very condescending and rude. She told my mother that the laws have changed and she should've attended the last homeowners meeting. My mother is recovering from a fx hip." --guest
2008-01-20 Refuses to Give Records
On a number of occasions - at least twice by regular mail, three times by phone, and in two separate certified letters I have tried to get a statement of my account from Cardinal Management. They are the management company for Las Colinas, where I own a condo. I receive no response from the management company. I have often had to resend documents, faxes, etc. because the company doesn't seem to get them or ignores my requests for documents that my homeowner's CC&Rs state I have a right to have. In addition, it is my personal opinion that a number of the staff are rude and short on the phone and that customer service of any kind is severely lacking. " --guest
