Relates to: LA Reserve Community AssociationRams Hill StreetsAs a resident of Rams Hill in La Reserve I feel betrayed by La Reserve HOA who took over our streets a year or two ago and has let them deterorate badly. We pay our full assessments to La Reserve but are not getting the benefits in street quality enjoyed by the other sub divisions.
