2009-08-11 Damaged door
I brought in my brand new Cadillac and didn't notice that I had two dings on my door (They had the drivers side door opened when I approached my vehicle) until I got to the store. I immediately called the manager to complain and was referred to the "district manager." My numerous phone calls were not returned by him but by the car wash manager and was told they looked at the video tape and it showed that after they vacuumed my car they closed the door to drive it through the car wash. I went back and observed and they never close the door -in fact there one foot hangs out. I believe they hit the door on the block pillar. I have not been back since and will not. They damaged a $60K car and could have cared less. --guest

CONTENTEver notice when your in line to to get your ticket that 3 to 5 cars that came in after you are now ahead of you. They have no system of keeping tabs who is already there. I just waited today while five other cars that came in after me were vacuumed and sent into the wash. I complained and its oh well. Okay its oh well to Capins. My 3 cars a week are going elsewhere, instead of Capins. (which is usually Sunday mornings.) This is the third time this has happened so I feel I can complain. I did give the $2.00 tip at the other end. It wasnt their fault/. Nick MacDowell" --guest

The capins car wash in Tucson, Az are the worst i've seen. When I asked about the dirty spots and half done tires I waas told to come back the next day as they were really busy that day and I would not be charged to run the truck through again. I did'nt have time the next day. I will not use this car wash again." --guest
