Relates to: Royal Car WashHorrible Service!!I paid $40 for absolutely terrible service, and after complaining about the all around bad job the employees insulted me in Spanish not knowing that I am bilingual as well. The manager then intervened and they "attempted" to do a better job but really just wasted my time and still left the vehicle a mess with sand on the floor, and smear marks all over my dash and windshield. |
