Wow, I read the previous comment and had to say something.
I have used Better View for at least ten years. I admit it is never the same person, but the work has always been great. They come on time. And remind me by phone they are available about every three months. No Problem there.
I have a slider with a security door and they have it in the computer that this house needs a special attachment to reach all the corners. I call that service.
They are in/ out and never leave anything but bright clean windows. I have Cactus in the ground at two of my long windows. Never a complaint. You can bet I always tip a ten spot. I wouldn't want this job. If I did, I would do it myself and pocket the 85 bucks to do this house. Oh, and they clean the screens. So, I would not go by this complainer. In fact, I am about to call for service.
