I searched for a local mom n' pop type of company to use for my wash n' fold needs. I was happy that this was a local company and happy to spend my money in support of this type of industry. HOWEVER, they lost $200 of my clothes in the wash n' fold and have done nothing to recoup my loss. The owner works only part time and is not available. There is no customer service or assistance in finding my clothes of paying for the value of th items lost. Be very careful as they have accepted my payments but will do nothing to repay for the mistake that occurred. " --guest
