Relates to: Old Pueblo Custom Cleaners[customer complaint]I took several items to this cleaners and ALL items where shrunk, inlcuding a silk dress (now 2" shorter). when the owner was contacted he blamed the shrinkage on the quality of my clothing. he also refuses to reimbuse me for any of the damages, in fact he hung up on me. all of the items have been cleaned without any problems before at another cleaners so why the problem now......." |
