Relates to: Silverman's Factory JewelersJewelery purchaseMy husband and i purchased a diamond ring set and also bought a tennis bracelet, after the purchase, the Silvermans Jewelery store picked up and left town !! we were not notified or warned that they were leaving. since that time we had to find other jewelers to take care and check my rings and do repair on the rings and bracelet. we were very dissapointed since the rings cost over 2,300 and the bracelet well over a 100. We still have the paper work on both of these items. we feel the Silverman Factory Jewelers must be pretty shoddy and a fly by night operation. The rings don't appear to be holding up and seem to be not of fine quality. we expected better service than what was provided. The Ingles. " |
