Poor skilled assistant

    If I am a new customer I asume they will be kind and polite when doing business with some one new. Instead I received a call later from the Managers (Mike) assistant, I answer my phone and the first thing she says "who am I speaking with"& "what is your last name". when I asked her where she was calling from and what was Her name, to identify her self before asking me for my full name. She was upset and said there was no need to identify her self. I had to deal with her first and not her manager.
Makes no sence becasue I had previously spoken to manager as he knows who I am. He said "just fax me info" "I will take care of the rest and no need to due new paper work".
I did not apreciate the fact that she wanted to take over my new account and treat me like if I was a person owing them money, neither acknowledge the fact that I had already made contact with her mananer and he was fully aware of this. I will take my business and currnet account that I've had for the past 6 and half years some where else. I can just imagine the atitude they have with people in debt.
