the customer letters on their site are very good also, they seem to be making lots of people happy with the work they do.  They have written guarantees also on the site, which is surprizing because there is a big AC company in town that claims they have the only written guarantees in the entire industry!  Their guarantees should make any customer feel comfortable working with them....
