Relates to: Title Security Agency of ArizonaBreach of ContractTitle Security Agency of Arizona, Tanque Verde address - Escrow Agents Carroll Cummings & Jannel Pilgrim did hold back the 2008 taxes on property and now 1.5 months after closing are seeking reimbursement from us. According to the AZ Dept of Financial Institutions, in a 45 page document they were ordered to Cease & Desist from what appears to be a pattern of practice in not practicing due diligence. We had to threaten them to receive copy of the fully executed HUD Settlement docs. I would suggest if you are given the choice to never use this company and we plan on filing complaints with their regulartory agency's. |
