Pink Porch Antiques advertised "silver restoration" service by appointment only. I made an appointment for 1:15 on the designated day. Personnel from Pink Porch called that morning and asked if I could come early because they had several cancellations. I agreed to arrive at noon for this new appointment. Upon my arrival (a few minutes before noon), they informed me they had just scheduled several new customers and that I would have to wait and one woman kept insisting that I would now have to stay with my 1:15 appointment time. Treating customers in such a cavalier way and with such a lack of candor has turned me away from Pink Porch Antiques forever." --guest
