You think you have it bad!?

    I have worked for Sam Levitz for some time and I get to see and hear a lot of complaints cusomes have....well your not alone! I work at the place for Gods sakes and can't get customer service to come out to my house and fix my furniture!! If they would treat there own employees like that what makes anyone else think they will get better service!I too have had others who work at the verious stores be rude to me and hang up on me! So why do I work their you ask....it's a job and I hae a family to take care of!!!!"

We recently had a fire in our home and are looking to replace our furniture. I am glad that I did some homework. Sam Levitz wont be getting any of our business. Thanks for your input.
