Relates to: Sam Levitz Furniture 2/19/2009: We bought a table and chairs from Levitz and purchased the UV3 extended protection plan. The extended plan covered any changes in the finish and luster for three years. Roughly 6 months after purchasing the table the finish began to dull and the laminate started to bubble. We contacted the store and they sent a technician over who claimed the table has defective laminate "because it's made in China and they use inferior grades of finish" and guaranteed us they would cover the table for our loss. Needless to say we were never contacted again and when we called they said it wasn't covered. I'm never shopping there again and would warn others to stay away. " |
