i work at a cab company and i'm not making excuses for not getting someone picked up but it really irks me when people criticize a service company when they have no idea how it works. as if there were a taxi in every corner of the city just waiting to pick you up." --guest
2007-09-29 completely unreliable
on 9/28 i called to make a reservation w/ the allstate cab co. i confirmed it the next day for a ride to tia at 1030 pm. at 1024 pm i was called by them and told they were not coming as they had no cabs in the area. it was suggested that i call a diff cab co or a limo service.!! the supvr then hung up on me telling me that they were much too busy to send a cab to cortero and shannon, ie, the omni golf resort. beware of these folks and find any other way around town" --guest
