Notes about Holiday Rip Off....

I called the LA Spa Tucson store on Broadway about 12:10 pm (afternoon) on Christmas Eve day asking for a hot tub heater element. I was told, yeah my repair man has one and he will sell it for $99.99. Ya know, if he would have said $60.00 I may have driven the 25 miles to them to buy it so me, my wife and company could enjoy our hot tub tonight. But ya know what, it's a $35.00 item elsewhere and I told him so and your a rip-off and hung up. The young punk had the balls to call ME back yelling at me that he has MY # and knows where I live and to NEVER call their store again or he will bash my head in..! Don't EVER even come into this store either because we keep records. Calling me the loser, ass hole and other 4 letter words.

My, my.. what fantastic customer service LA Spas of Tucson has and how they like to take advantage of people just because it is a holiday and THEY are pissed off having to work ON a holiday. If he or the stores policy is to treat people like this I am surprised they are still in business.

I WILL make it a point to never visit that store or branch there of. I will also tell my friends who have spas and pools to never do the same either. It is places of business like this, with a attitude, that cause people like me, who WANT to shop locally, to shop on line and say, fine, you can go to hell in a hand basket for all I care because YOU can't treat your customers right. Makes me wonder how many other times they have jacked up prices for other people on things.

I am sorry I didn't get the young boys name, however, it won't be hard to find out who was working this day @ 12:10pm.
