2009-01-15 Our experience was good
I would have to say that contractors in general are creepy to begin with. I was skeptical of all the typical "promises" to do us right but in the end my husband and I are happy with them. I think it boils down to having a knowledgeable and honest designer. I would follow our designer anywhere and could really care less about the company he represents. We did have a few hang ups but after talking to him things were fixed quickly and without having to jump up and down. If you are going to use them ask to speak with "Tommy". --guest
2007-05-28 Don't use Santa Rita
We recently had Santa Rita do our residential landscaping. After spending thousands of dollars we were left with an unfinished job with obvious disregard to detail and no pride of workmanship. Santa Rita said it was a “natural look”. Well, noooo, the natural look is what we had before they showed up. What they left was the unfinished, sloppy look that my wife and I spent weeks cleaning up ourselves. Nothing went smoothly with Santa Rita. I will never use them again, and I would advise others to stay away." --guest
2007-05-02 Don't Use Santa Rita Landscaping!
What a joke....Their mission statement, right on their webpage. The truth is, they have lousy quality control, they do less than professional work, and only fix it after being forced to by the homeowner. If you fail to watch their work very very carefully....and if you fail to force the walk thru inspector to do his job....you will wind up with a very expensive let down! And....after making it known to them that your unhappy, their response is to send you a letter politely asking you to not to use them any more.....Wow! After spending thousands of dollars on our yard, and wanting it to be as nice as they said it would be.,....They BLEW US OFF! Just incridible. You expect s company like that to be professional, and to follow thru with their promises. Not Santa Rita! Do yourselves a favor, and go somewhere else. " --guest
