Relates to: Macpherson Carl D AttorneyUnprofessional/UnethicalI was involved in a divorce trial and Macpherson represented my wife. He charged a $3,000. retainer fee on a credit card he knew was being included in a bankruptcy. He then requested that the Court have me "reimburse his client for her attorney fees". During the proceedings he was insulting and rude. He is an embarrassment to the legal profession and a formal complaint has been made with the Arizona State Bar. Google him. He has been disciplined several limes but...nothing changes. |
