I am going to be moving back to the east coast for a job and was desperate because I can't afford my house in Tucson to be vacant for long. I saw the commercial for Rathbun and called them. An agent came to my house that day! I signed the paperwork and a sign was out up the next day. I expected it to sit for a while but got a call a week later that they had it rented! A nice military family is going to move in-and I don't have to stress about it anymore. I would recommend this company to everyone I know! --guest

Two years ago my husband & I were stationed in Tucson at DM Air Force base and needed a home to rent. We contacted Rathbun as they had been recommended by the base housing unit. We went to their office and found 3 homes that were to our liking. One was a perfect fit for our family and we moved in within 6 days. We are preparing to move to a different location and if ever back in Tucson and need a rental again we would definitely call them. --guest

Rathbun Realty is the company to use if you need to rent a home. All of their homes are clean
and very nice. We moved here from out of State and Rathbun got us in a home in 2 days.
The carpets were clean, the walls were painted and all the rooms were spotless. We would recommend them to anyone in need of a home to rent. --guest

they don't address your problems with the home. have fun getting your deposit back because they will make up stuff to use your money and give you back nothing. I would never rent from them again or recommend them to anyone. --guest

My wife and I just moved to Tucson and had no idea where we wanted to live.
We saw Rathbun Realty's commercial and stop by their office. The office staff was wonderful, they took the time to go over homes in our price range and the area of tucson we should look at. Amazed. Thats all I can say. I had bought a home in Tucson, AZ in 1991. I soon after moved out of Tucson, but did not want to sell my property, so I hired Rathbun Realty as my property manager. They are amazing. They handle everything. All I have to do is collect the money from my account. Really its that easy. They were a life saver, I had no idea how to run a rental, and to be honest I probrobly would have messed it up, but Rathbun Realty came to my rescue. They took all my stress away, and I get paid every month with the rent, who wouldn't want that. I would recommend Rathbun to everyone. --guest

Rathbun Realty manages our home and has for a number of years now, they do a great job. Our house rented within 2 weeks after they took over and the couple of times it was vacant it never sat empty for long. They all work very hard to get good tenants and to keep them happy. The office staff calls whenever there are any maintenance problems, and they are quick to get them fixed. We will be customers of Rathbun for many years to come. --guest

I signed up with Rathbun a few months ago to manage my property in Tucson. I almost went with someone else because they charge the same commission as most but also a $15.00 admin fee on top of that. But I stuck with them because their vacancy rate is so low. The extra $15.00 ended up being well worth it! They got my house rented to nice people within 2 weeks of it going on the market! My expenses were low, and they saved my credit because without tenants I was going to lose that property. I am very impressed with this company and highly recommend them. --guest

We have rented from Rathbun Realty for years now and have always been pleased with the Customer Service we receive. Any problems that need to be address are done so in a quick manner, and each person in the office makes that happen. They take the time to follow through until everything is working right.
