Relates to: Neil Capin Enterprises IncDamaged doorI brought in my brand new Cadillac and didn't notice that I had two dings on my door (They had the drivers side door opened when I approached my vehicle) until I got to the store. I immediately called the manager to complain and was referred to the "district manager." My numerous phone calls were not returned by him but by the car wash manager and was told they looked at the video tape and it showed that after they vacuumed my car they closed the door to drive it through the car wash. I went back and observed and they never close the door -in fact there one foot hangs out. I believe they hit the door on the block pillar. I have not been back since and will not. They damaged a $60K car and could have cared less. |
