Relates to: Petersen Dena E Md PC First impression is that she is wonderful. If you have a problem WATCH OUT. The staff (of 2) is unhelpful and blows you off. The dr. puts you off for more appointments stressing that she only has time for 3 problems YET they run behind for more than 45 mins each visit! She wants you to reschedule again and again. They don't help you find referrals nor call with test results nor put any effort to get them when as a patient you feel like you need them to move forward with the problem. RIDICULOUS! Also office hours are non existant! 4 days/week and only open for 5 hours! |
