Relates to: Barnett Bradley MDhorribleoffice staff is consistently uncaring and flippant. Even my husband has noticed it, and my grown daughter has seen the same pattern. Used to be wonderful, but over the past years has really gone down hill. It's a real shame beause Dr. Barnett himself is a very caring, empathetic, thorough doctor, but his staff is certainly not a reflection of him in any way! I started using other docotrs, only going to Dr. Barnett's nurse practioner for get in quick appts. like soar throats, but then I finally changed to a different primary care altogether, now my daughter is going to also." |
