The receptionists at this Midvale Clinic on Valencia are just so rude. They scream at people. I have heard them with my own ears. They yell down the phone at people, and on the phone, they talk like, 120 MPH! My auntie hates going there. They need some training in MANNERS and working with the public. I asked my auntie to change her Dr's office, but, she really likes her Dr. Plus, the Dr knows her. I would rather go somewhere nice and quiet, with POLITE receptionists.
