Relates to: A-S Plumbing Specialties* * * * * 5-star serviceI came in to fix my sink drain, and first got just the large hex nut from A &S. It was the right part, but I then realized I needed to replace the pipe also. Since I was nearby, I got the pipe from Home Depot; but the one they had was two inches too long, and they refused to cut it for me. I stopped back by A & S to see if they had the right size. They didn't but they cut the pipe that I bought at Home Depot to the right size for me even though I explained I'd got it elsewhere! And A & S didn't even charge me for the cut! That has to win some kind of prize for great customer service.If I ever have a big plumbing purchase it is heading straight to A & S. Now, at least I can do my dishes tonight."" |
