Have had continual bad experiences with two of the retail window clerks for years now at this location.
A rude & condescending attitude can always be counted on from "Andrea" & "Cheryl".
I think that some re-training in how to deal with customers in a polite way is in order at this office.
Most of the other window clerks at this location are courteous & helpfull."

2009-07-24 Bad customer Service
My Husband and son walk in to Arizona Fencing Academy IN TUCSON for a come in and see trial.  The instructor calls my 10 year old boy  a baby and makes references to him needing a diaper because he's there with his father.  Yvonne Gallego instructor for Arizona Fencing Academy verbally abusive. --guest
