Relates to: Cardinal Professional Management IncRefuses to Give RecordsOn a number of occasions - at least twice by regular mail, three times by phone, and in two separate certified letters I have tried to get a statement of my account from Cardinal Management. They are the management company for Las Colinas, where I own a condo. I receive no response from the management company. I have often had to resend documents, faxes, etc. because the company doesn't seem to get them or ignores my requests for documents that my homeowner's CC&Rs state I have a right to have. In addition, it is my personal opinion that a number of the staff are rude and short on the phone and that customer service of any kind is severely lacking. " |
