I have had the wonderful pleasure of being a member and met plenty of new friends at Pro Fitness and health. I have read all of these postings and find it unreal. This may have been just one mad member with nothing better to do with there time. The personal trainer that was there was a sleeze and was let go for sexual harrasment. I would have never ever used him. I have been a member at that facility for just about as long as it has been around and have had many experiences there.
I am pleased to say that more often than not they have been great. Not only has the club been completely renovated, it is the cleanest and best taken care of club in Tucson. I know because I belong to most of them. I like to see who has the best facilities and by far will say that David Wilson has done more than just clean up the club. The classes are increasing in size and the members are also increasing in size. I am happy to see such sucsess. I am also very pleased to see that the staff is always there to lend a helping hand.
For all those who have had a bad experience I challenge you to go again. You will see that it is VERY WELL taken care of and by far beats any facility out there now." --guest
2008-11-27 Miss the trainer
They had a very good trainer there at one time not sure why he left but it seems everyone there who is good always leaves anyway. He was very polite and always helped us out and showed us how use the equipment right even though he worked there for free. I can only wish that he is doing well and I hope I run into him again he is a damn good trainer the best I had ever seen and I have been at several gyms. I to had problems with this gym aka Pro Fitness and Health I left and now I am at a very respectable gym Gold NW FYI Don't join this gym if your a senior or beware. and to Howard I miss you you were like a grandson to me best wishes to you and your bodybuilding Lynn" --guest

When I was a member there they never had hot water and at times the water was shut off for non payment. Although I never really cared about the water being on or not I did think it was really not fair for a senior citizen who was taking a shower and the water was cut off and she came running through the gym full of soap on her hair it was sad but funny you gotta give it to Levi he was really good at not taking care of things. I am not sure why he is not there last I heard he was still held for DUI or something like that from Graig. Well some gyms are just meant not to exist and this is one but I sure had some fun times there watching the electric get shut off and water but I still worked out. J in Texas

AZ Swim and Fitness aka Pro Fitness and Health operates out of Paradigm Clinic in the same shopping center where the so called previous owner Graig works after he had charged peoples credit cards then there is the other one there who was let go then came back after the dust settled. This club is after one thing and that is money and money only the new Owner Dave Wilson who has done all kinds of remodeling work without a permit nor the use of licensed contractors beware the building could catch fire anytime if you need your money back go see them at the clinic there both the old and new owners are there" --guest

2008-03-24 Rip Off for seniors!
My 86 yr old father signed up and paid for a three year contract. Now the Arizona Swim & Fitness Club is sending him bills for a "lifetime" contract and has put his account with a collection agency. They won't return his calls and are causing him extreme anxiety and high blood pressure! There are 14 complaints against them with the better business bureau about membership billings. " --guest

They alter contracts after you sign. Caused financial stress. Took 6 months of fees from me after I cancelled and sent me to collection for $190. Currently have judgement against them in small claims for every dime and then some. [...additional comments deleted ] --guest
