lying in court

    on may 16th, maryann at cimmeron property mgmt, tucson,az, along with landlord attorney,william wissler, sat there and lied to the judge to get a disabled 78 year old evicted. they had copies of the rental extention, also this landlady took a $5,000 down payment on the property. she owes the tennants over $12,000
in work money and bill of sales deeds on 3 lots and mobile homes, but she ignores all. and tries to lie out of notorizing the sale.the tennant has promisary notes and about 10 contracts with witnesses. beware of these people. this landlady signed a settlement for $168,000. there are letters from people saying this landlady paid dana wright, rhonda dunson, mike kidder to set fire to some trailers that took the Trempers and every thing they owned and thousands of dollars of collectables.there is also a receipt in the womans handwriting paying $112,000 for the fire torching.this landlady kicks out any tennants that dont do her bidding. her name is Lorelle Joan Huebner. this 78 year old woman was left homeless. please help "

2009-08-22 scammed
lorelle j huebner scammed me and my son out of several thousands of dollars,even
though i have contracts, bill of sales, promisary notes, extention of all
papers to 2010 and no time limit to collect whats owed to me. especially the
work money and fire settlement and property, mobile home thats paid in full from the settlement, and the $5,000 that i put as down payment on the lot i
lived on for 5 years.work money from 1998 to 2003 =about $9,795, settlement=$i63,000, $5,000 down payment and more. this is not meant for
hostile or bad things, i need this money.please, someone help me.

2008-07-10 more lying [alleged]
lorelle huebner hired a lawyer, gooding law firm. i filed a lien on the property
on pomona rd. her lawyer sent a letter saying i had to have her permission or
have a court order.and tried to make me sign a release and threatened to have me arrested. later another letter came and called me a liar and forger and said lorelle didnt owe me. this caused me a mini stroke.
i filed lien on 3/5/08. lorelle put nancy jewett on the deed on april 1st, 08
does any one else have a complaint on her, gooding law firm, william wesseler? please call bbb. does anyone have news on reed, inc?" --guest

2007-12-15 true facts
i witnessed these facts. i was in court with doris. i personally took copies of these contracts to the cimmeron property mgr and she made copies. we faxed copies to the lawyer. i was witness to most of the copies being signed.please put this back on the web site to protect others.most of the documents was signed at my home. we have at least 8 other witnesses.

i just want people to know about the cimmeron property mgrs, tucson, attorny william wesseler, tucson, lorelle huebner, tucson purposely lied in court to help lorelle get out of a large amount of money she owed to doris tremper. i witnessed her signing documents, a deed, bill of sales of property she lived on and what the lie was about. her rent extention and $5,000 down payment on this lot . lorelle is keeping all the work and payment money.her rent was paid till 2008 plus the down payment. doris needs this money back.
