Termites have been found, on some days she has little to no hot water and her outside window frames have not been replaced since Nov. 07 when she had new windows installed. She was told that the window frames would be replaced by the mgmt company. Nothing. According to the bylaws of the homeowners assoc. termites and the water heater issue are the responsiblity of the mgmt.co. My mother has spoken with Glenda Lowe, an employee of CPM, who at all times is very condescending and rude. She told my mother that the laws have changed and she should've attended the last homeowners meeting. My mother is recovering from a fx hip." |
