Relates to: Brewer Caldwell Property Managementan investors viewI used this company a couple of years ago. I would not use them again. They nickel and dime you to death. I was charge a fee for them putting a "for rent" sign on my property, and they do charge a comission even when the property is vacant.Maybe they have changed their policy since, but I have no tolerance for this type of business practice.
