I know exactly what you mean. There's many apt managers around this town who think they are above us. I lived at El Conqiustador on Irvington/Campbell. It was a cockroach infested place. Every single day I had to deal with these ugly, vile creatures! Every day! I was told more or less not to bother them. It was the most horribel apt complex I have ever lived in!
