2008-07-30 New Ownership
Verde Plaza is now as of July under new Ownership. Huge plans are in progress to upgrade the park for the betterment of the tenants and community. Patrick and I had to leave due to family illness but are back with the new owners of Verde Plaza. To address the poster of the semi negative comment, you are right we were the 14th or so managers. We do enforce the rules and regulations of the park and will continue to do so. And, we were here only 2 months of your 6 year tenancy and you failed to see or give us a chance. The price of gas and bread isn't what it was 6 years ago either, so as economy changes so does the price of living. As managers you must comply with the owners rules. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to listen to and or take care of situations in the park. Our tenants are very important and we want to hear what they want to see happen in their park. We are putting in new playground equipment, selling the vacant mobiles, placing recycle containers, new mobiles are being brought into the park. There is alot of improvements happening but it doesn't show up over night. To the person that made the nice comment... Thank you and we wish you would have left your name." --guest
2008-06-29 Are you kidding?
These managers are the 14 or 14 set of managers this park has had in 7 years. There is no work done in this park to upgrade it or make it better...There are numerous empty homes and most of the time you can get no answers to questions you might have as the office really has no real office hours. The lot rents, electric and water bills are way to high and when questions are being raised about that you get stupid answers. This Park has been ignored and miss used by the owner who puts no work into it but continues to raise lot rents and has equipment that should have been upgraded long ago. The best thing about this park is the people who live there and are now being put upon by raises in lot rents and evictions. I know because I lived in this park for 6 years. Who ever wrote the first comment must have reasons unknown to me to write their one line comment. " --guest

Patrick and Andrea are great managers. Strict, but very fair to everyone. Nice place to live in Tucson. " --guest
