Relates to: Cafe DivaHave to agreeI am the one who made the original positive comment but I have to now agree with the 'customer service lacking' post on 10/24. I used to go to Cafe Diva regularly but ever since I tried, very nicely I thought, to get the staff to restart the Wifi when I was really in a bind on my work, the one staffer just seems to have taken a personal dislike to me. Maybe something is going on with her life, she was always kind the last couple years I would stop there, but not anymore. Anyway its not an atmosphere I can work in now so I walk a few blocks further to Coffee's On, a really cool family owned place with reliable WIFI and good coffee (no danishes or other pastries, though). I'll post about them under their own category. |
