Relates to: Cafe DivaPoor Customer ServiceI love the mochas I get here. But as mentioned on the other posts, the customer service is awful. It's evident that they don't staff enough people in the morning and the girl with the long blond hair that's always in pony-tail - she was very rude to me today, when I brought up that my drink was not made right. She rolled her eyes and said "we are busy", "I'm busy", well that's not an excuse to be rude. I refuse support a local business, or any business where the people are rude. I will not be going to this location anymore." |
